信息与通信工程、电子信息专业硕士生导师。2011年获华南理工大学通信与信息系统专业博士学位,2019-2020年美国特拉华大学电子与计算机工程系访问学者。主要从事模拟集成电路设计和光信息处理与光电子器件方面的研究工作。主持了国家自然科学基金、省级基金多项。发表SCI、EI检索论文二十余篇。
